Tungsten carbide
segmental saw blade
Tungsten
carbide segmental saw blade is made of high-carbon alloy steel for the base of
the saw blanks, and the cutting part is combined with tungsten carbide and
other heat-treated tool steel to cut steel, on-ferrous metal, and other
material, the toothless saw blade is an through hardness saw blade, which is
similar to the through hardness cold cutting saw blade, and the materials used
are generally 8CrV and 75Cr1. The objects to be cut are various shapes pipes
and small-sized or thin-walled steel materials with no burrs on the fracture
surface.
